Ancient crafts, archaic music and military festival „Apuolė“ in Skuodas

Every year, at the second weekend of August, in the confluence of Luoba and Brukys rivers, on the Apuolė mound the largest living history event in the Baltic countries takes place. During the event guests are invited to the ancient crafts town, a fair, the soldiers’ camp. They can also listen to old songs, watch and learn authentic dance skills. During the event there are various activities, games, competitions, Curonian-Vikings’ fights and archaic folk bands performances.
