In the middle of August the days of ancient crafts are organized in the square of Nida quay and the Curonian Lagoon which attracts the masters of ancient crafts from Lithuania, Latvia, Russia and Poland. During the event, visitors can see the presentations of flint axe producing, amber processing, bread baking on stones, domestic pottery. Bookbinders present the history of the book, binding technique, craftswomen sew the medieval costumes and jewellers produce jewellery. Guests of the event enjoy folk music and try the old crafts themselves.
