Amandus
In 2016, Deivydas debuted in the Top 30 Best Restaurants with his most ambitious project to date – Dublis. Last year, Deivydas Praspaliauskas parted ways with his investors, and returned to the Top 30 with his latest restaurant – Amandus. With him on board the restaurant has this year cemented its position in 7th place .

Apvalaus stalo klubas
Apvalaus Stalo Klubas has developed its own personal contemporary Lithuanian gastronomic identity over the last 25 years. In the restaurant, nature meets history to create a truly memorable gourmet experience. That is why the restaurant has become a hub for truly special occasions such as engagements, weddings, anniversaries, and business events. And it’s also not surprising that Apvalaus Stalo Klubas has received high rankings from Gero Maisto Akademija members for three years in a row, with the restaurant topping the Top 10 list this year.

Avenue Brasserie
Chef Algirdas Matačiūnas was first mentioned in the top 2016 when he managed the Dia kitchen in Kaunas. This time around, it’s his own restaurant Avenue Brasserie which has made its way onto the list. What’s more it is thanks to him that this is the first time that the restaurant’s home, Šiauliai, has appeared on the list.

Da Antonio
The Meschino family restaurant has been serving successive generations of loyal customers for over 20 years, and Chef Dmitrij Babenko continues to amaze and attract new clients. And it would appear he has found a successful formula when it comes to customer appeal - the restaurant has remained firmly in the top 20, with only a slight drop from last year.

Dia
After a two year wait to return to the Top 30, Dia in Kaunas has taken the number 12 spot this year, hovering just outside the top 10. In fact, this year the Good Food Academy has voted Dia the best restaurant in Kaunas.

Dine
There are four non movers in these year’s list - all of them surprisingly in the top 10. Famous for its consistent quality, it should come as no surprise that Dine ranks amongst them. Co-owned by Lithuanian gastronomic stars Chef Egidijus Lapinskas and one of Lithuania’s best wine experts – Arminas Darasevičius, Dine has held onto its position at number 8 from 2018.

Džiaugsmas
Taking top position for two years in a row, Džiaugsmas, is fast becoming a star in the world of Lithuanian fine dining. Chef Martynas Praškevičius is feeling increasingly more confident about his restaurant’s ranking: “Since last year’s evaluation was somewhat unexpected, this year I feel certain of what I am doing. If we get the first place now, then I would believe it.”

Ertlio namas
Last year, Ertlio Namas debuted in the middle of the Top 30. This year, it makes a decisive move into the Top 10. A unique and radical restaurant concept, Ertlio Namas continues to win praise and this year, opened an additional seating area to accommodate more diners.

Gaspar's
A native of the exotic Indian state of Goa, Gaspar made a big splash with diners when he launched his innovative gastronomic experience in Lithuania. Named after its owner, this cosy eatery has proudly ranked in the upper reaches of the Top 30 restaurant chart ever since it entered at number 11 in 2016, before taking the number 8 spot in 2017. This year it’s a non-mover at 10.

Horses
14 Horses Brasserie opened its doors at its unique location in the capital, the baroque-style hotel PACAI in 2018, and has one of the highest restaurant rankings in the country. It has gone on to cement a place in the Top 30 even though it only opened less than a year ago.
